We'll just have to see what happens, won't we?

Another day, another…uh. You know.

The makingz of my smoothie.

Good…well, something.  It’s 1:30am.

I started the day off with a green monster and leftover curried cabbage and spinach with braised beef and avocado.  Hot sauce.

I ran some errands and then to the restaurantorino I went.  Lunch was a cobb salad from a nearby cafe that seemed straight out of the 90′s, and I got a beet, cucumber, and pear juice.

I snacked on almonds in the afternoon.

I'm sorry my posts have been rather boring lately. I used to go on all kinds of walks and do all kinds of fun thingz at night, but now I mostly work and cook. Don't worry, I'll get restless soon and go cray somehow. For now, here's a picture of Smith Street at night. I know. I'm sorry.

I got out of work around 9 and ol’ Chef Ting Tong and I went to a pub to grab a bite.

Meatloaf, I ate most of the veg except those gross carrots that were steamed for at least ninety minutes before being deemed suitable enough for me to eat, and about half those potatoes.  At first I was all oooo I shouldn’t have the potatoes and omg I think there’s a lot of breadcrumbs in the meatloaf but then I was all RELAX.  Sew.

Chef Ting Tong and I saw Sherlock Holmes, which was alright.

And I was hungry when I got home, so I had some leftover tuna salad, a pickle, and old tangerine I found in the fridge.

Now it’s bedtime, because I’ve agreed to go to eat Dim Sum at 7 am because…well, because I was told I’m going then.

I’m really trying to stay away from anything processed right now, but how can I turn down dim sum with my work colleagues, which include my brother, my best friend, and the restaurant owner who is Chinese?  I can’t, friends.  I can’t.  And this is not about deprivation, it’s about mindful eating and general awareness.  Sew.

I still haven’t done any exercise really, which means I have three days to complete 120 minutes of exercise.  Fine.  Whatevs.

I’m feeling pretty good these days, though.  But I have to quit smoking.

Ok, night.

Be nice to yourself.
